Another way to restore healthy hair is by reducing the number of chemicals and heat you apply to your hair.

Try going longer without coloring your hair, and if you flat iron your hair frequently, make sure to use a ceramic flat iron.

If you dry it frequently, try air-drying sometimes, as this will reduce the strain put on hair and will make it stronger and smoother over time.

Boost the Shine Factor

If you already have shiny, smooth hair, that’s great, and you should keep doing what you’re doing. You could use shine sprays and serums, but they’re fake.

They sure change things, but they don’t always look so natural, and dry oils, which contain the lightest silicones and oils, create the most believable shine. These dry oils smooth the hair’s cuticle, and that is the hallmark of healthy hair.
