It is not actually the sweat that causes your feet smell, but the bacteria that blooms in the moist environment it creates.

Homemade Soaks to Remove Foot Odor
Epsom salt neutralizes odor and as an addition also happens to be very relieving on aching feet. You will need a half cup of Epsom salt, 8 cups of warm water and a big basin.
Dissolve a half cup of Epsom salt in 8 cups of warm water and soak your feet for 30 minutes. Do this once or twice daily and Dry thoroughly afterward.

You will need a teaspoon of dried rosemary, a teaspoon of dried sage and a small foot basin or something alike. Fill a foot basin with boiling water and put the herbs to it.
Allow it soak until it is cool enough to immerse your feet in but still warm. Steep for 30 minutes 1-2 times daily.
Baking Soda and Citrus Soak
Baking soda naturally helps regulate odor, destroy bacteria/fungus, and softens your feet to boot. Lemon as an astringent helps reduce excessive sweating causing foot odor, plus it has a delightfully fresh scent.
Put a quarter cup of baking soda in your foot basin, and then cover with about 8 cups of warm (but not hot) water. Press in the juice of one lemon, put your feet in and give it a little swish. Soak for 15 to 20 minutes or so, and then dry totally.
Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple cider vinegar does a nice job at getting rid of the odor. It creates an acidic atmosphere that bacteria have a hard time thriving in, decreasing the count and subsequently the smell.
You will need a half cup of Apple Cider Vinegar, 5-8 cups of warm water and a basin. Fill a foot basin with 5 to 8 cups of warm water and add a half cup of white distilled or apple cider vinegar to it.
Immerse your feet, swish the mixture around, and soak for 15 minutes 2 times every day. Dry completely when you’re done and you can rinse them in cold water afterward if you want.
The high levels of tannins, or tannic acid, in black tea, creates an unfriendly environment for bacteria, while it also possibly act as an astringent (contracts body tissues thereby blocking the sweat glands.)
It’s hard to find scientific proof of this, but it might be worth a try as many individuals swear by it.
Pour 4 cups of hot or boiling water into your foot basin, and put 5 bags of black tea. Let them steep for up to 10 minutes, and then soak your feet for 20 minutes. Do this once a day and dry your feet thoroughly afterward.
